30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Return
- Email us at support@deskaro.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is defective or we made an error, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
